ThumbnailsPro Terms of our free ServiceBy no means are you allowed to copy our images, thumbnails, and save them on your own server. Our staff and developers have worked very hard to ensure that you recieve the highest quality website thumbnails the net has to offer plus all the options that you would need in implementing website screenshots into your site.Any size from 10 pixels up to 1024 pixels, you can cut off the bottom of the thumbnail however you see fit, and display full length thumbnails. A few paid clients have this option! We have a very detailed and reliable tracking system and know exactly what page from any domain, proxy server, or ip address our thumbnails are requested from. Any sites caught doing this will be banned and reported to our legal department, unless they decide to use our service the correct way or register for our paid service. So please, don't copy our images. Thank you for your cooperation and for choosing thumbnailspro.com for all your website thumbnail needs. Once your site recieves 1,000 thumbnail hits you will get an image returned that says "You have exceeded 1,000 hits, please register at thumbnailspro.com". In order to continue using our service, we ask that you register for our premium service. ThumbnailsPro Terms of our Premium & Premium Plus ServiceBy registering for Thumbnailspro.com's premium service, you agree to be billed the monthly fee for the package you choose and also billed $0.20 per 1000 hits over included hits in that package! Payment for your balance is due within 5 days of the invoice date and invoices will always be dated the first of each month. All hits for the previous month will be listed on the invoices. We clear out all referring pages every first of the month. This feature is just to allow you to view pages and how many thumbnail hits come from each page during the current month!We tracking all referring pages from your dedicated account and you will be able to view all referring pages and hits from those pages directly in the members area! Please do not give your account information to any other sites and allow sites to use your account as you may be charged for their hits as well. We setup your account to block all requests from any other site except the website or sites you submit when signing up. If you would like to add additional websites to your account to allow requests from, please contact us at support@thumbnailspro.com with you account information, website, and inquiry! If you have registered for our paid service, the 1,000 hits included in the free service does not apply. If you have under 1,000 hits for the month you still pay the flat rate monthly fee of the service package chosen! We assume that our premium clients will exceed 1,000 hits a month. We currently accept Paypal and Google Checkout. Payment is due by the 5th of each month. New invoices will be created on the 1st of each month and tracking stats will be reset for each new billing cycle! You have the ability to view previous invoices, hits, referring pages, switch between .png, .jpg, and .gif image formats and change the image quality of thumbnails on your site directly from the members area once your account is setup! The setup fee for the package you choose is a one time non-refundable setup fee.
